By using Lamar County Released Inmates, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Lamar County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with Lamar County, any sheriff's office, jail, court, corrections department, or government body. The site and its advertising partners do not provide consumer reports or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or similar regulated decisions. The site points visitors to inmate, jail, court, and release-record resources in Lamar County and Alabama, but it is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of the Site

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail, court, ADOC, ABPP, BOP, ICE, or county records, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a court document, or change a public record.

The site provides links, explanations, and third-party research tools related to Lamar County, Alabama release records and custody systems.


Acceptable Use

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The invalid part will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed.
