ADOC deserves special care. The ADOC public inmate search is a current state-prison custody tool, and its public page says historical data is not available online. Lamar County VNS Limits

Lamar County Registry Separations
Alabama's offender registry is a different release-related source. ALEA manages the Alabama Sex Offender Registry, and the research says the registry is relevant only for qualifying convictions. ALEA states that an offender is placed on the public website upon conviction and release through probation or the end of sentence.
